How your information is used
This website is run by Jonathan Hobday. Services are provided through Harrogate Capital Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 05971394, which is the data controller for the information described here.
What is collected
This site has no accounts. If you use one of the forms or the live chat, email or call, I receive the details you choose to send: usually your name, your contact details, your company and what you want to discuss.
The enquiry, training and founder mentoring forms are provided by HubSpot, which stores what you submit for me in its European data centre. A mentoring application also includes your company details, your description of the business and your pitch. HubSpot also runs the live chat and measures which pages are visited. It uses cookies to recognise returning visitors, and a banner asks for your consent before any that are not essential are set. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page. HubSpot's own privacy policy covers its use of this information.
If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site. It is not loaded until you accept, and you can withdraw that choice at any time with the Cookie settings link. The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Google's own privacy policy covers both uses.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the pages and to block abusive traffic. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that use.
How it is used
I use your details only to reply to you, to assess a mentoring application and, if we work together, to run that engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, or the contract between us. I do not sell or share your details for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Records of engagements are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing priority@jonnyrocket.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
